Teen Belly Dance

Belly Dance is a wonderful way to help the developing teen find self confidence and body awareness. This is a basic yet challenging introduction to the fine art of belly dance. You will learn fundamental isolations, arm movements, shimmies, travel steps, and more. Each class will reinforce posture and breathing. Main focus: develop a strong foundation of basic belly dance moves. Daliana seeks out new Troupe members of all ages yearly, this is a great way for her to be introduced to you and your passion for dance.
