Belly Dance Fitness
Work it out from the soles of your feet, to the tips of your hair! This is a fun yet intense introduction to to belly dance technique maximizing on its cardio and strength benefits.
Main Focus: Correct posture and breathing for belly dance Isolation of muscle groups and basic technique.
Beginner I Belly Dance Technique
This is a basic, yet challenging introduction to the fine art of belly dance. You will learn fundamental isolations, arm movements, shimmies, travel steps and more. Each class will reinforce posture and breathing.
Main Focus: Develop a strong foundation of basic belly dance moves
Beginner II Belly Dance Technique
Building on the skills learned in Beg I, you will learn to layer moves and put steps in rhythmic patterns and combinations.
Main Focus: Develop coordination and fluidity through the execution of fundamental belly dance moves and technique.
Intermediate Belly Dance
This class is designed for the student who has mastered both Beg I and Beg II. Develop the skill lf linking combinations. Spins, floor work, takseem, and drum solo execution will also be introduced.
Main Focus: Begin to develop your own style of dance. Anticipation a fruition of self confidence through dance.
Advanced Belly Dance
Build and strengthen skills learned in the Intermediate level. Develop the ability to improvise and choreograph belly dance performance. Expression and execution is key in this level
Main Focus: Developing one's personal self as a belly dance performer and artist.

A Few Reminders :
· Please be courteous of others and turn your cell phone off or silent. Put your personal belongings in a bag.
· All classes begin with a warm up to stretch and strengthen core muscles used in belly dance. If you arrive late, quietly warm up in the back of the class prior to joining to help prevent pulling or straining muscles.
· Work at your own pace. Do not do anything that causes you pain. If you have any preexisting injuries or physical limitations, or if you are pregnant, consult with your doctor before taking classes.
· Questions or suggestions are always welcome and considered. Please communicate in writing via email or directly to Daliana. My goal is to ensure a powerful experience each time you enter the classroom.
