**CRITICAL NOTE:** Space inside the luxury trailer lounge is strictly limited and time-based. To guarantee your crafting seat, purchasing your ticket in advance below is highly encouraged!

Terms & Agreement

EVENT SCHEDULE: Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 12pm-5pm at Daliana Dance. Load-in starts at 10:30am. All booths must be ready by 11:30am. Breakdown begins at 5:00pm. Early packing is prohibited.


SPACE ALLOCATION: Indoor spaces include one 6ft table and 2 chairs. Outdoor spaces are a 10x10 footprint (outdoor vendors must bring own tents/weights).


PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS: To maintain professional bookkeeping, we do not accept peer-to-peer apps (like Cash App). Approved vendors will receive a formal Wix invoice via email, which must be paid within 48 hours to secure the spot. All fees are non-refundable fund-raiser donations.

LIABILITY: Daliana Dance and venue hosts are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property. Vendors handle their own retail sales and taxes independently
