Terms and Conditions Vendor Agreement

Please review and check the box below to acknowledge your agreement to our operational guidelines:

Venue & Safety Policies

  • Event Schedule: I agree to be fully set up and ready for VIP patrons by 10:45 AM, and to remain operational until 5:00 PM. Strictly no early breakdowns.

  • Booth Safety: I will maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free booth space (no open flames, trip hazards, or unstable displays). I will follow all official instructions regarding setup, breakdown, and parking.

  • Product Restrictions: I will maintain a respectful, family-friendly environment. I will not sell unauthorized merchandise, AI-generated content (in whole or in part), alcohol, vape/drug paraphernalia, or adult material.

  • Liability Release: I acknowledge that Daliana Dance Studio and its organizers are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of merchandise or personal property, nor any injuries sustained during the event. Vendors carry full responsibility for their booth security.

  • Payment & Cancellation: I acknowledge that vendor spots are secured only upon receipt of full payment. All vendor fees are strictly non-refundable, as these funds directly support event marketing and logistics. Violations of event policies may result in removal from the venue without a refund.
