What are the most commonly asked questions?
WHAT MEMBERSHIP SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Age Selection is key as some memberships are available ONLY to certain age groups. Age 6 and Under, age 7-17, and Adult. Each age group will have a select number of class hours that are available to you.
WHICH CLASSES ARE BEST FOR ME?
Classes of Interest are important, as membership cost options are based on how many class hours you will be spending at the studio each week. Dancers age 7-17 have up to 9 genres, and some classes meet more than once per week.
WHAT TIME WILL MY CLASSES BE?
Most Dance Classes are offered Monday thru Thursday between the hours of 3:30PM and 8:00PM. Specialty classes are offered on most Sundays. Some classes are offered on Saturdays, but not many. Please visit the full schedule.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BECOME A REALLY GOOD DANCER?
Easy answer! We all learn at a different pace, everyone's idea of how good or great something is will vary from person to person. One thing is for sure: the better the training you have and the more you do it, the more proficient you become!
WHEN ARE OUR FEES DUE, HOW OFTEN AND HOW DO WE PAY THEM?
Membership Fees are due on the First of each month and are charged in 12 equal payments August -July regardless of the number of classes in the month. Whether we have a short month (2 weeks) or long month (5 weeks), tuition amount remains the same. Payments do not vary due to holidays or the number of weeks in a month. Tuition and fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds. You may pay in advance for tuition or fees. ​
Tuition will not be prorated due to Late Month Registration, Holidays, Vacations, Absences, Studio Closures and/or Illness. Once you have decided on your membership, you will be set up on our auto-draft system.
WHAT IF I AM BUSY OR TRAVELING AND I CAN'T MAKE IT TO CLASS FOR AN EXTENDED TIME?
If you choose to skip a month you still pay tuition for that month. Also, placement in class level, routine, performance or team may be changed. Enrollment is understood to be for the 12-month dance season. Ultimately wheather you are dancing for a hobby ot to compete, dance with us is a commitment, so be sure this is the right place for you!
WHAT IF I WANT TO QUIT AND PLAY SOFTBALL?
Quitting anything "mid-season" is not a good idea, however if you choose to withdraw from the studio, a 30 day written notice must be received otherwise, you are responsible for said tuition. While you won't be charged for fees after the 30 days, there are No refunds for any payments made in advance and prior to your giving notice. This includes costume, performance, team or any other fee that has already been paid. Fees are alos NOT TRANSFERRABLE event to siblings.
