The VIP Arrival: Guests arrive, check into the "backstage" dressing area, receive their themed props , and do light icebreaker activities.

Center Stage: 45 minutes of fun warm-ups, games, and learning their custom themed choreography.

The Grand Showcase & Cake: Dancers perform their routine for the parents, followed by the birthday song and cake

Royalty Send-Off: Photo booth session, gift opening, and goodie bag distribution
THE ULTRA-LUXE EXPERIENCE (WITH TRAILER UPGRADE)

The Backstage Glam: Birthday VIP and guests use the Luxe Suite Trailer for final touches, hair-glitter, or crowning ceremonies while parents settle into the lounge.

Red Carpet Finalé: Final performance, cake, and a VIP toast (sparkling apple juice) inside the studio.
BOOKING, POLICIES & INQUIRY FORM
Deposits: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event
Setup & Cleanup: Hosts may arrive 30 minutes prior to the party start time. Our staff handles all post-party cleanup!
Attire: We recommend comfortable clothing or dancewear matching the theme. Bare feet, non-skid socks or clean sneakers only on the studio floors.
