Intermediate Ages 8-16
This focused clinic is designed specifically for intermediate-level competitive dancers (ages 8–16) from all studios and school teams looking to perfect their execution before stepping in front of the judges. Carisa will break down the mechanics of flawless jazz alignment, clean placement, and the explosive power needed for high-impact turns and leaps. Dancers will learn how to clean up micro-faults that cost points, master control during fast-paced transitions, and project an undeniable, authentic stage presence that instantly connects with the judging panel
Pom Dance Master Class
Intermediate-Advanced Ages 13 and Up
Tailored exclusively for intermediate through advanced athletes ages 13 and up, this masterclass focuses on the rigid discipline, relentless stamina, and flawless synchronization required for top-tier pom teams. Carisa will drill hyper-accurate motion placement, maximum arm strength, and the clean, uniform angles that judges look for on the scorecards. Participants will dive into high-energy performance projection, learning how to command the floor with mature confidence and deliver a hard-hitting, visually striking presentation from the first count to the final buzzer.
